Infrastructure:
V-pla has its state of the art manufacturing plant at Pune. The total operations from material inward to ‘product out’ follow stringent norms of GMP, at a level of the best standards in the industry.

Manufacturing area
The total area of the manufacturing set up is 4000 Sq. Ft.
Entire manufacturing area is protected from dust and other contaminants by HEPA FILTERS installed at the air inlet ventilations.
We can have the end product sterilized by ETO.
We maintain a specific dust free atmosphere which is required for a major product group of ours-the sterilized products like Petri dishes.
A specific thrust is given on cleaning the manufacturing area at least thrice a day to maintain this dust free surrounding. The entire premise is subjected to paste control at least twice a month. -
Molding machines
Our manufacturing set up includes both blow molding and injection molding machines, which are microprocessor controlled and are fully automatic. We also have a double station blow molding machine with 2 liters of OFC (overflow capacity).
We use the master batches/ colour pigments, which are the best in their class, manufactured by renowned dye manufacturers. -
ERP
V-pla has its own customized ERP designed as per our needs. It records, treats and analyses the data for our operations in a versatile manner. -
Inventory
For our routine orders and steady customers we maintain substantial inventory to be able to fulfil last minute orders. For ongoing orders a stock of 1-2 months worth of the requirement can be maintained by us freeing our customers from idle stocking.
We have sufficient stocks of ancillary needs like aluminium foils, shrink films etc.
